The identity and inner thought of an organization is manifested in its final product. MAKH Academy held a course on creating internal values of the organization with the Martfardesign series, focusing on the importance and place of design.
In this course, the main values of the organization were defined and explained in the presence of managers and experts of the group. In addition, during this course with the Martfardesign group Marjan Ahrabi fard, teamwork learning was held to present a team perspective and accept opposing opinions with the design thinking method.
