Design thinking as a creative way to solve problems is not only for designers. All people working in an organization can use the design thinking method to solve problems, increase creativity and innovation, and strengthen work groups.
Creating a new perspective and way of thinking towards solving problems was the result of the “MAKH Academy” training course in the “Belsino” company. Senior and middle managers of the organization learned a new method to solve the internal and external problems of the organization together in one-day workshops.
In this course, all the members learned how to ideat with different methods.
